St Paul's Church
St Paul’s Church is a welcoming and traditional place of worship at the heart of Ramsbottom’s community. With regular Sunday services and a growing congregation, it offers a friendly and inclusive space for people of all ages.
Alongside worship, the church hosts activities including a popular Saturday café, midweek services, and opportunities for quiet reflection. A thriving Sunday School supports families, with children playing an active role in church life.
As part of a wider network of local churches, St Paul’s works closely with others in the area to support the community and create a space where people can connect, share and feel a sense of belonging.
They are open for services every Sunday at 11am, where you are welcome to join them in worship, followed by tea, coffee and a chat. At the same time, they run a thriving Sunday School for children from 12 months to 12 years.
A traditional Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion service is held each Tuesday at 10.30am.
Most Saturday mornings, the church hosts its popular Saturday Café, serving bacon butties alongside tea and coffee. The church is also open during this time for private prayer and quiet contemplation.
St Paul’s is part of a team of churches that includes St Andrew’s on Bolton Street in Ramsbottom, along with churches in Stubbins and Edenfield. While each has its own traditions, they work closely together to support the community, share the good news of Jesus, and show his love to all.
The church offers disabled access, although there is no dedicated parking available.
