Santa Claus is coming to town, the town of Bury to be specific. Join the East Lancashire Railway as they celebrate almost 40 years of Santa Specials. Find out why families have been coming back again and again.
The magic begins with a walk through Bury Station, which has been transformed into a winter wonderland. Here you’ll meet the first of the colourful Christmas Characters and be directed to your seat on board a heritage steam train.
Once the journey begins there will be even more Christmas fun, with carols and a traditional brass band, a mince pie and a festive tipple and of course, a special visit with Santa himself.
