
Classes are primarily flow-based, including Vinyasa and Hatha styles, with options and adaptations to suit individual needs. Sessions help build strength, flexibility, and confidence, while supporting relaxation, stress relief, rehabilitation, and overall wellbeing. Every participant is encouraged to feel comfortable, challenged and part of a nurturing yoga community.
Regular classes are held at Ramsbottom Civic Hall, alongside private 1:1 and small group sessions in the local area. Rooted In Yoga is a hub for mindful movement and connection.
